By accessing or using Meet-AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Meet-AI provides an AI-powered meeting platform that includes real-time video calls, AI agents, automatic transcription, meeting summaries, and post-call chat. Features vary depending on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, transcriptions, and agent responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions.
6. Recording & Transcription
Meetings may be automatically recorded and transcribed depending on your settings. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from meeting participants before enabling recording or transcription features. Meet-AI is not liable for any failure to obtain such consents.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service is owned by Meet-AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Meet-AI a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
